Here's a few other things:

This promotion (the "Promotion") shall be begin on November 17, 2009 at 2:00 PM ET and ends on January 7, 2010 at 12:00 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").

Anyone in the United States who is over the age of 13 years old (except residents of Maine, who must be at least 18 years old) who visits SAVETHEARCADES.COM may participate in the Promotion. Cadbury Adams USA LLC ("Sponsor"), Ketchum and J. Walter Thompson employees, however, will not be allowed to participate.
This Promotion is solely for entertainment purposes.

Participants should submit their nomination in 500 characters or less (including spaces and punctuation) and write about an arcade that meets the following qualifications: Arcade should (1) have classic games, (2) be a business that operates in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, (3) have at least 15 arcade games on site, (4) be locally owned and operated and (5) have an affinity for classic games.

Participants shall be required to accept the Sponsor's Submission Agreement prior to submitting a nomination. Any nomination submitted shall be subject to the terms of the Submission Agreement and these Promotion details. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the Submission Agreement shall govern.

Sponsor shall not be required to use the nominations in any future promotions or activities being offered by Sponsor and if Sponsor chooses to do so, it shall be within Sponsor's sole discretion.

Participant should be aware that if Sponsor decides to ask a nominated arcade to participate in a future promotion or activity, the nominated arcade shall be required to enter into a Promotional Agreement with Sponsor. As a result, if possible, Participant should try to ensure, prior to nominating an arcade, that the potentially nominated arcade would be willing to participate in a promotion or activity being run or offered by Sponsor and enter into an agreement with Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate the Promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion. If Sponsor learns that a Participant or nominated arcade made fraudulent representations or warranties for the purpose of participating in the Promotion or a potential future promotion or activity, Sponsor shall have the right in its sole discretion to immediately disqualify or terminate any relationship or discussions with such nominated arcade.
